William Dennon, 63, founded Tucker firm

William Dennon of Tucker, retired former owner of True Dimension Manufacturing Co. Inc., died of cardiac arrest Saturday at Doctors Hospital in Tucker. He was 63.

The funeral will be at z p.m. Tuesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church with burial at Moral Hills Memory Gardens.

Mr. Dennon founded the aluminum screen and storm door company in 1954. He sold the Tucker company in 1980.

William Dennon was born Nov. 23, 1922, in Tecumseh, Kan. He served as a Navy aviator during World War II and moved to Tucker In 1945.

He was a graduate of Emory University and a member of Druid Hills Golf Club, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and Holy Cross Catholic Church.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Elsie Dyar Dennon of Tucker, three daughters. Mrs. Beth D. Arnett of Decatur and Mrs. Teresa Darroch and Mrs. Linda Herren, both of Atlanta; a brother, C. Robert Dennon of Tecumseh; a sister, Mrs. Catherine Spumy of Kansas City, Mo.; and three grandchildren.
