Truman, Clifford E. - age 57 of Zion, Illinois passed away Wednesday, May 25, 1988. Survivors: wife, Jo; two sons, Clifford C. (Joan) Truman of North Carolina and Craig (Melissa) Truman of Virginia; daughter, Janice Truman of Virginia; four grandchildren; mother, Edith Truman of Highland; two brothers, Hilbert (Frances) Truman of Florida and Gene (Martha) Truman of Munster; one sister, Gail (Marion) Bilstad of Illinois.

Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:30 a.m. at the Kuiper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leroy Fasset officiating. Burial, Chapel Lawn. Friends are invited to meet with the family Friday 7 to 9 p.m. at the Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman (2 blks south of Ridge Road), Highland. Mr. Truman was a member of F.R.A. of Norfolk, Virginia; member of the DAV of Waukegan; member of DESA of Illinois: and retired Chief of the U.S. Navy -after 20 years.
