Location of the incident: Attu, AK

Description of the incident:
This C-130 crew was transporting personnel and cargo to the USCG LORAN station on the island of Attu, AK. VFR weather conditions deteriorated, forward visibility was lost, and the aircraft impacted with the terrain. The remainder of the crew were injured but escaped the wreckage and survived.
