Clifford James Amos of Colorado Springs, an engineer, died Feb. 10 [1995]. He was 71.

A service was Feb. 15 at Chapel Hill Mortuary. Interment was in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

He was born June 27, 1923, in Goodland, Kan. On Oct. 14, 1943, he married Lorene Blanche Horner in Goodland. She is deceased.

Amos was an engineer at Great West Sugar Corp. He was a member of Highland Masonic Lodge and Veteran of Foreign Wars Post in Goodland. He enjoyed golf.

He is survived by a daughter, Jama Amos Ross, Colorado Springs; a son, Scot, Chelan, Wash.; two sisters, Amanda Allen, Commerce City, and Wilma Cramer, Westminster; and three grandchildren.
