Added by: Time_TravelerSmall news article about Bob winning a Maxwell Trophy. This was after he graduated Roman Catholic High School and was playing for a sandlot team called the Zephyr A. C. (circa 1940-41). Have not been able to find any other information on that team.
Added by: Time_TravelerThis may be at one of the local awards banquets put on my the Maxwell Football Club around Philadelphia, PA. Bob is in the middle third from right or left. The other players are unidentified so let me know if you recognize anyone. The players are being awarded a 'Maxwell Trophy.' I had contacted the Maxwell Club but was told they did not have any records for that period.
